Dir. Business Development

Kip Stringfellow works on developing partnerships, managing new program initiatives, and coordinating Executive Programs for Singularity University. Kip’s background is in project management and social entrepreneurship, and he is a firm believer in the power of using business strategies to address global issues. In 2009 he returned to the US after living in China for two years where he founded a consumer solar product company and partnered with an international heath NGO to distribute solar products in developing countries for use in rural health care programs.

Kip is a graduate of the University of Michigan where his main focus was studying the process of globalization through economic, historical, political, and cultural contexts. He is very interested in global trends and understanding what factors are shaping the future. His interest in other countries has led him to travel extensively in many regions of the world and he is passionate about developing projects that aim to create positive social impact on an international level.
