Diane has a unique portfolio of 30 years experience in public affairs, public relations, marketing and communications. She has served as a press secretary in the leadership of the US House of Representatives; media consultant for 30 high-profile political campaigns; vice president of marketing/communications for two $40B aerospace/defense companies; consultant to the Under Secretary of Energy; media advisor to NATO; and founded two public relations firms, representing startups to Fortune 100 companies, including Motorola, Iridium, BT, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Airbus, SpaceX, IMAX, Intelsat, Science Exchange, B612 Foundation, XPRIZE Foundation, and Masdar.

Diane Murphy is a member of the National Press Club and University Club of Washington, DC and serves on the Board of Trustees of the XPRIZE Foundation, Youth Service America, and Dashew International Center for Students and Scholars at UCLA. She was educated at Friends Academy, Northwestern University, and Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
