Global Solutions Program

Calling all leaders, change agents, and
inspired solvers looking to tackle the world’s
biggest challenges

A positively transformative experience awaits you!

Each summer, the Global Solutions Program (GSP) convenes a talented group of scientists, technologists, designers, entrepreneurs, and other passionate change agents with the potential to tackle the Global Grand Challenges.

These extraordinary individuals come from around the world to Silicon Valley for a highly collaborative program that provides the tools, knowledge, and skills to unlock their creative potential, develop an exponential mindset, and build innovative, sustainable solutions to positively impact billions of lives using rapidly accelerating technologies.

Are you ready to transform the world...
and be transformed yourself?

Here's how GSP alumni describe their experience:

Program Overview

Each year, the Global Solutions Program assembles a cohort of approximately 80 people for a 10-week, 24/7 immersive experience at Singularity University headquarters in NASA Research Park, the global epicenter of innovation. Our staff and faculty carefully curate the program to educate, empower and prepare today's brightest minds from across the globe to leverage exponential technologies in solving the world's most intractable challenges.

If you attend, you’ll learn from our expert faculty about quantum computing, AI, robotics, 3D printing, networks/sensors, synthetic biology, entrepreneurship, and much more. Following that, you and your fellow attendees will form teams to develop unique solutions to the Global Grand Challenges, with the intent to create companies that will positively impact the lives of a billion people in 10 years or less.

Throughout the program, there will be opportunities to listen to and interact with top Silicon Valley executive guest speakers, tour facilities such as Google, and spend hours rolling up your sleeves in our highly-advanced maker workshop.

At the end of the summer, the teams with projects judged to have the greatest potential will be invited to GSP Launchpad to take these new companies to the next level.

The next Global Solutions Program will take place in the summer of 2017. Dates will be released soon, and applications will be accepted in late Fall, 2016.

Companies We’ve Launched

We’re extremely proud of our GSP alumni and the companies they’ve created. Through the program, we’ve helped launch companies that are 3D printing in space and using drones to deliver goods in low income countries. They’re using machine learning to predict dengue outbreaks in Rio de Janeiro.

Could your exponential idea become the next big success story?
