Hi,

This openess reminds me very much of what I have mentioned at EdgarSchein's course on "Helping as a Critical Form of Influence and Managed Change" (http://www.cape.org/2009/schein.html):

OpenCommunication will be critical to make change on large scale (and small) sustainable.

Great to see first steps taking course here:-)

Cheers

Ralf

PS.: Looking forward to learning more from your experiences.

PPS.: It would be great to connect next yeaŕ at Cape Cod at EdgarSchein's workshop;-)
