Christian graduated from Stanford University with a degree in US History and a minor in Science, Technology and Society. He has extensive experience in media and news reporting, having worked at ABC News and CNN as well as serving on the senior staff at The Stanford Daily and as co-president of The Unofficial Stanford Blog. A native of New York, he has lived and studied in Beijing, China as well as visited over 20 countries. In September he will join Google, Inc., where he will work on a media sales team based out of New York City.
