Jessica is an experienced young leader with a passion for politics, startup companies and education. As founder and CEO of IDEAL, Jessica is growing an international network of entrepreneurs. Jessica is active in Canadian politics and has worked for the Prime Minister of Canada for the past 3 years.

Jessica is CEO and Founder of IDEAL. IDEAL is the leading organization for the next generation of self-starters, and the top resource for leaders to innovate, pursue new opportunities, and maintain key contacts in chapters across the country.
Over the past 3 years, Jessica has worked in Prime Minister Harper’s Government in Canada. Jessica worked as a political aide to the Minister of International Cooperation, and as a writer for two years for the Conservative Resource Group. Most recently Jessica became the youngest member of the Women’s Executive Network, and one of the top 100 young entrepreneurs in North America as a member of the Summit Series.
