In the last 10 years, Mr. Rebolledo had professional experience in the energy production industry, working in a nuclear plant. Also, he possesses work experience in software development for private companies and government, and an academic background in research about Brain Computer Interfaces (Masters), and Bioinformatics (PhD), at Kanazawa University, in Japan. He has also attended several of the United Nations University’s Global Seminars and other UN sponsored events.
