Dr. Lem is the CEO and Founder of Spartan Bioscience, a Canadian company that has developed the first desktop DNA analyzer that is fast, affordable, and easy to use. Spartan’s vision is bringing the power of DNA testing to everyone.
Dr. Lem received a BSc in Human Biology from the University of Toronto, and a Medical Degree from the University of Ottawa. He started his residency in Infectious Disease at the University of Toronto, and left medicine to become a biotech entrepreneur.
