Despite my best efforts, I cannot seem to limit myself to a single activity.
Currently finishing my PhD in Quantum Information at Tel-Aviv University, doing theoretical work on laser cooling techniques for quantum computers.
I meddle in IT (mostly image processing and other math-based stuff), patents and algorithmic trading.
I believe in the saying “only people give meaning”. I want my SU experience to be about finding technological ways of empowering people so they can better help themselves, thus allowing as many people as possible to enjoy the freedoms and prosperity which technology enables.

BA Computer Science from Open University,
B.Sc. M.Sc (and hopefully a Ph.D.) in Physics from Tel-Aviv University.
